Hetalia Un-Cracked

Don't get me wrong, I love the occasional lol fic. But what really got me into Hetalia was simply one thing: the history. And well after that it was the fun of being nations, the idea of what effects that those events in history had on them, and what kind of things they would go through emotionally with all of that combined. And so when I was invited to join a lovely community on LJ for more seriously toned fics, how could I refuse?
